Whoever said that all publicity is good publicity probably never met Terrance Hall. He claims he is running for Houston City Council District B, but he is not registered as a candidate (see here); however, he does have a facebook page and a YouTube video.
So what is the problem? First (and the most glaring problem) is that he was arrested during an undercover police sting and charged with prostitution. Also, in his YouTube video, it appears as though he has shirts and hand outs, but he has no treasurer listed on file and has not submitted a finance report. Paying for campaign items without a treasurer and without reporting it is against both city ordinances and state laws.
I could go on and on about this, but really, need I say more??
